Rents range between $900 for carpeted units to $950 for tile floored units per month. Seniors, veterans and law enforcement may qualify for discounts. Washer and Dryer rentals can be added for $35.00 per month for the pair.
We only offer a 6 month lease. After that, it rolls over into a month-to-month lease automatically for no additional fee. When you're ready to leave, we just require a 30 day written notice.
A deposit of one and a half month's rent is required and must be paid in full prior to moving in. Tiled units require $1,425 while carpeted units require $1,350. Discounts do not apply to the deposit.
A non-refundable fee of $200 for a cat or dog is required. There is a two pet limit, along with breed restrictions. We do not limit the weight or size of the pet and we do not charge a monthly pet rent. Proof of vaccination is required, along with an in-person meet and greet for dogs to ensure they are non-aggressive.
Veterans, senior citizens (with all occupants in the unit aged 60 or older), and law enforcement officers parking a marked vehicle on-site qualify for a 10% discount. Law enforcement officers without a marked vehicle are eligible for a 5% discount.
Our staff works on-site Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM. Twenty-four (24) hour Emergency Service is available and can be contacted by calling the office number day or night. Our staff will respond to issues including, but not limited to, leaks, heat/air not working, noise complaints, lockouts, and more. Maintenance requests are typically resolved the same business day in 90% of cases, with exceptions for certain tasks, such as ceiling repairs.
